Most IT departments in schools are focused on infrastructure, networking, devices, and uptime. However, to meet the needs a school focused on student learning the IT department should shift its focus service to the organization and its stakeholders. In this session, we will look internationally recognized frameworks for IT service orientation, ITIL and the ISO, to show
